How can i get complaint copy without complaint number

Dear Sir,

Can I file an RTI to get a certified copy of the complaint filed against me? The information I have is Name of the plaintiff and police station where the complaint is filed

Dear querist,

As per me they should provide the complaint details on the basis of name and police station. If they dont supply you may have to appeal to higher authority.

A copy of a Complaint can never be given. Though a person is mentioned as an Accused in a Complaint, the so-called Accused has no say till process is issued. They can't contract an Advocate either.
