How can a wife save herself & get wards from husband's creditors if the husband elopes? they don't p

Hello! Please suggest any legal remedy for the wife and the children. They were not aware of all the debts before their father has eloped. He used to hide it. They live in a rented house, no property. A wife is in a great problem, suffering a huge. She is now managing the whole family herself. The elder daughter is a college student and earns a little. Younger son is not in earning age. They were not guarantor of any debts. But, all the creditors are coming and saying they know that husband has taken all the money. Please, provide ant legal solution to stand up against this problem. 🙏

Any legal notice or intimation by creditors?

That debt is what kind, exactly?

You need not to worry as your husband is alive and has eloped. Unless you are borrower or gaurentor you are not at liability to pay the debt.
