Housing loan for partial gift deed

Hi, my mother has created a partial gift deed, where she owns the ground floor and has gifted me the 1st floor. My query is, can I avail a home loan? Also, what would be the valuation for the home loan as the entire property is owned by two individuals?

U can avail home loan but Ur mother has to become gaurantorand she also pledge her property along with u
