Housefly is found in a syrup! action against co.?

A housefly is found in a sealed bottle of a syrup purchase from a medicine shop which is prescribed by the doctor its patient. What actions can be taken against pharma co. apart frm consumer law and what are the laws and provision shall be applicable to this case.What shall be the quantum of compensation? If possible Please reply me in detail with legal provisions. the bottle is still sealed.
