My Grand father house ( I got registerd no objection letter) now pl explain, is it copalsory to transfer @ regist iny name

How the house has been transferred from the name of your grand-father to your name i.e., under what document /deed ? Confusing facts cannot lead to analyse it properly and oblige.

The registered no objection is not a  registered transfer deed hence you may have to obtain a proper transfer deed to claim title to the property
