Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Pandian from trichy. My house tenant residing for the past 16 months did not give me the rent for the past 10 months and all of a sudden yesterday he vacated the house and ran away and did not inform me. we dont have a legal agreement and terms . Is there a way to get the amount ( Total amount: 45000)
. Please help me to sort this issue

You can file a civil suit for recovery of arrears of rental amount before civil court if you know his address, before that you have to serve him a legal notice demanding the arrears of rent. Take the help of a local lawyer and proceed further as per his further advise.
