Ancestor house is build on two adjacent plot. One plot having sq m area 200 is belongs to me and other one having area 150 sq m belongs to my cousin. We both are paying 50/50 property tax of the house to the muncipalty. Since my plot area is more , more portion of the house has been build up on my plot. Now I want to sell my plot but there is no partition in the house hence cousing has objected. Cousin claiming 50% of share in the house and he got status quo from the court till next hearing.
Please advice if I can sell my plot? How to go about the partition of the house?
