I had recently bought a new Honda Activa125 from registered dealer from Mumbai in the month of Apr 2015, but after 2 days it started giving problem like engine stopping which running in motion.
I reported the same to the dealer's service center and they told its a minor issue and will be resolved.
But after giving to the server center to 3 times still the issue is not resolved and again the same issue persists.
On one occasion "I was travelling with baby and it stopped while in motion and I could have hit by a SUV which was behind me resulting in an accident"
I have asked both the service center and the sales team for replacement , the service center incharge says give me a last chance to repair and under no cimstances the vehicles will be replaced.
The sales manager is giving a deaf ear to my request and is not responding to my email on time.
The vehicle has hardly ran for 300KM
Please advice as it is risky for me to use this vehicles on Mumbai roads.
