Please explain me this term * application filed by the petitioner u/s 13 of FC Act app of the petitioner* My cousin husband appear today court. My cousin was sick she cant attend hearing but when We check in court site. Thy put this term. *Petitioner present, Respondent absent, application filed by the petitioner u/s 13 of FC Act app of the petitioner and respondent and counselling c/o 13-06-2018*

don't worry both the parties has to attend for counseling means your cousin and his husband has to attend the court the honourble judge will suggest them and also listen their words

She is not well admitted at hospital, if she cant attend the next hearing for counselling. What will happen ? The judge Can give her some month delay? We dont have lawyer still now. The case is on madurai. Pls kindly Reply me sir.
