Legal representatives of deceased shall seek compensation from the driver, owner and insurance.

FIR under section 279/ 338 / 304 A IPC against the driver shall be registered, tried and punished. 

It is advisable to contact, consult and engage a local prudentl lawyer for professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
