CLAIM ANOUNT ON THAT
MY MOM HAS FILED ALL DOCUMENTS IN GANDHINAGAR COLLECTOR OFFICE SINCE 2009
THEY HAD CALLED US FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATON IN 2013
BUT OUR CLAIM AMOUNT IN NOT GOT
I HAD HEARD THAT CLAIM INCREASED SO PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO SO CLAIM PASS FAST.

the Govt is going to amend the M.V.Act(Bill is pending before Rajya Sabha) to increase the amount from Rs 25,000/- to 2 lakhs for the cases under Hit and Run.

SIR I WANT TO KNOW I HAD SUBMITED DOCUMENTS IN 2009, BUT I DID NOT GET ANY OR CLAIM FUND FROM THEM ,
IF THEY GIVE AMOUNT NOW WHAT WILL AMOUNT AS PER NEW LAW (2 LACS) OR OLD LAW AT TIME OF APPLICATION ( 25K) .
ITS A DEATH CLAIM ( HIT AND RUN).
