High court appel

Hi, Does certified copy of Family court judge's order is required for filing appeal at high court? Family court judge did not agreed to give 6 months waiver. So, want to file an appeal. If we just file a petition without attaching Family court judge's order, will the high court consider that. Thanks

Quick Summary
To file an appeal at the High Court, a certified copy of the Family Court judge's order is mandatory. Without this crucial document, your appeal will not be admitted or even considered by the High Court. The higher court needs to review the lower court's order to ascertain any mistakes in fact or law.

That is not proper, and your appeal will not be even admitted . Without the lower court's order, your appeal will not be accepted. There should be some grounds for appeal and unless the lower court's order is attached, the grounds can not be ascertained by the higher court. There should be some mistake on part of the lower court either on fact or in law, for interference by higher court.

No appeal is admitted or maintainable unless certified copy of order/judgment is submitted.

Filing couunter of the High Court shall return with objection. Certified copy is the basic document, which is being assailed, hence it is must.
