High Court Appeal

Sir,
In recent judgement with respect to Specific performance valued about 70Lakh got dismissed...

If Plaintiff go for appeal at High court is there any fee to be paid again....

As already in Senior JMFC they have paid 2.75lakh while filing case which got dismissed..

Do they need to pay fee again for filing appeal?

Quick Summary
If a specific performance case valued at around £70,000 was dismissed in a lower court, and you wish to appeal to the High Court, you will likely need to pay the court fees again. These fees are typically the same as those paid when the original suit was filed. It's advisable to consult with your current legal counsel or seek a second opinion from another local solicitor to understand the specifics of your case and the appeal process.

What is the opinion / adivse of the lawyer engaged/ paid by you in original suit ? Have you lost faith in him/her (lawyer) ?

It is advisable to consult and engage another local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding if you have lost faith in your lawyer.

However, if you are located in Delhi and feel so, may contact me (on appointment) with relevant case file at: Chamber no 647, Dwarka Courts Complex, sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 Cell # +91 9891152939 email: majjagdish@yahoo.com or visit: vakil-saab.com
