help me

Quick Summary
If a newspaper publishes a false article against you without evidence, you can take legal action. This includes sending a legal notice to the editor and bureau chief, and pursuing defamation proceedings. You can also seek compensation for damages caused by the false publication. If the newspaper's response is unsatisfactory, criminal and civil defamation cases can be filed.

You may have to issue a legal notice seeking explanation as well as compensation for the damages that caused due to this wrong publication.

If the reply is  not satisfactory, you have the options of filing criminal as well as civil defamation cases impleading the editor and the news reported as parties to the proposed defamation cases.
