Help for setting up a business

I work in a private company and earn Rs. 35000 per month. I and my friend are thinking of starting a business for which I need to invest Rs. 200000 by next month.  I have some saving too, what options do I have?

your employer may not allow you to conduct this while in employment. i would recommend that if any major member of your family is not working then you may teach him/her the trade and he/she may enter into a partnership agreement with your friend. you can always guide your family member without consideration and without affecting your job.
