hi i have been staying in a pagri system building from last 30 year.i used to pay rent to the landlord and he used to accept it. but from last 2 years he is refusing to take rent. Actually the room is in the name of my brother but he is no-more and after i sayed here, i have ration card and electricity bill in my name. As i said that he is not accepting rent, i even tried to send rent through money order, but he still refuses.
Is there any other way to pay rent?
can i pay my rent directly in court?
