Hefty and improper maintenance amount

Hi Partyakta, what is your expectations from the law?

we, men, should look at both sides of the story, we cannot say women and child not be given anything, as that would mean, men will file for divorce as and when convenient leaving kids and spouse at their mercy

We men should ask for prevention of misuse, strong punishment for false cases, to the extent of denying maintenance completely including imprisonment. 

also would encourage all victims to join some kind of men rights movement

We can not expect anything except 'delayed injustice' from this current British made law system. All the laws need to be amended as per our "Bharateeya Nyaay Vyavasthaa"

Besides, children should be taught moral and ethical values right from their homes and schools by parents and teachers.

Anyway, please let me what could be done and I will also support the same.
