Harrassment call from PETA

A lady from PETA called me and asked me why you murdered three kittens and I got a complaint against you and she continuously harrasses me daily by calling me for more than 15 days. But the reality is I have three kittens but my sweeper took all of them to her home but I have a signed letter by the sweeper that she has all three kittens with her. So is there any section through which I can file a FIR against that lady who is from PETA.

Quick Summary
A user is experiencing persistent harassment from an individual claiming to be from PETA, who has accused them of harming kittens. The user has evidence that the kittens are safe with their sweeper. They are seeking advice on whether they can file a First Information Report (FIR) against the caller for harassment and how to proceed with a police complaint.
