Harrassment by motherinlaw and husband

I friend got arranged married 2 years back, from day one her mother inlaws is constantly harrasing her, . Not allowing to cook food, nor providing food in time , on complaining to her husband , he also doesnt intervene  and always remain outof house  for  2-3  days . ,

The  Girl  mother intervened and ask  to her nmother  inlawfor the harrasment - her inlaw started harrashing more and thereby forcing her to move out of house,

Her husband on pretext of doing bussiness collect money from her mother , letter it known that  this is  his  2nd  marriage  her husband had previously divorced  his wife, (which was not informed by husband not her mother at the time of marriage) After my friend mother has stopped giving money , her husband doesnt comes to see here since months . Now it has come to knowledge that her husband is marrying again 3rd. time her husband 2 brothers has also married twice and are living seperately with their family- due to harassment by their mothers.

please advice any legal action can be taken against her husband and his mother for the fraud .

She can file a complaint for acts of cruelty against her husband and mother in law.

She can file a DV case also against them.

If it is not tolerable anymore, she can very well file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and also adultery
