Hello i just want to know the fact within the legal perview that if a person files a false case under 156 (3) with a charge under section 406 / 408 / 409 / 420 / 477A. Thus the same person can send a notice under section 138
as far as i understand 406 / 408 / 409 / 420 / 477 A is a cheating and defrauding case against a person so if a person has cheated than how can he issue a cheque to the accused so the accuse person can send a notice u/s 138.
