Harrasment from wife

Dear experts,

i have been marrige with one divorce girl which i know not register in temple

opinion: Not registerd but do you have proof of marriage been solemnized,like snaps,pandits,freinds,groups would be present.If not then why you are worried.Let her proove the marriage in court as law favours women what she told you.

,now we are living separately i am doing my job in private firm now she is harrishing for every thing as she is comparasing me with her previous life

opinion: This decision been taken by her? if yes then you are lucky,let this decison to make a ground for her desertion & mental cruelity

she also teaching her 12 yrs dauthers the same . she is not talking properly with me she is saying that every laws is in my favour i can do every thing ,

A mother with a pirated copy as of her daughter...

opinion: Let her proov that every law is in her favour,why you are so worried,just chill man!

she is not allowing me to meet my parents as they are old and i am the alone son ,if ask her (for avoiding the qurell)go to meet my parents in a month after return back she totally tourcharing ,i am totally in shock what to do now i have getting high  BP problem due to tension on saturday when i have some urgent meeting in office and she call me for going out in city but i told i have 1 hour time then on phone itshelf she say come to home i see u. when i reach there is two lock put on doors i call her but not respond for 2 days i lives in my relatives which in in city i call her where i live she straightly told that this is my home i you have to come live my parents or dont go to meet them as see force to except her with her daughter

opinion: I don't know are you a 10 year old child,that she say's and you obey her not to meet your own parents otherwise she will beat you,she will kick your ass and let you out on the road,not give you food to it afterwards.Shame man........

What are you doing? so much freigtened with her,hey you are not alone in this country who is facing all these extortions and naxalism of women.Have guts man,just leave that home,make her feel that you are somebody to her,go to your parents and live with them,concentrate on your job.Bcz once mainetnanace cases will be parcelled to you in future then no credit card or debit card will help you in this cases.Just be a man and hold your nerves to fight for justice and freedom for your own life.

if my uncle go to her parents they simply tell them we cannot do anything she (wife)only decide what to do they not giving me any respect .she is now saying that i alone can sufficient for everything what to do i am totally in tension .also i will not get my child from her as she is having mmunodeficiency Virus i always chk my shelf i am -ve she says if i made issue of her illness she can distroy me .

pl suggest me if i put divorce i will get or not and how many years it will take to fight  and there is any law for 2nd marriage .in such situation

Opinion: In your case Divorce will be based on mental cruelities and desertion if you now onwards leave her.(but before that give her last chance as she may turn to be good,if not then plz don't suffer be ready for revolt).

she is saying that she can take lacs of money if she want ,for divorce

opinion: Don't give any money for the sake of divorce,just do what i have listed above.If she is earning don't pay her,but for your child deposit money as per your capability for her.

i am private employe and her father is so rich .she has already taken lot money from first husband

opinion:So what,is she is going to return you? No naaa then just forget it.

pl suggest proper way or in tension i am suffring .

opinion: Read all the above lines carefully and be bold,shed your emotions for your not turned good wife.Take responsibilities of your daughter.Record all the cruelities done by your wife on you by any mode like,video,audio,writind,witnesses etc.

As marriage been crossed 7 years,so no case of dowry further.But yes DV must be there.Before she files just collect her cruelities and lodge a complaint of threatning in PS and go for Contested divorce if the amount of freedom by mutual consent is Exorbitant.
