After my birth , my parents divorced mutually.
2. My father refused my maintenance and also not shown my name in his municpilty certificate as my father.
3. Later my mother remarried , she shown her 2nd husband as my father in school certificate. And munciplity record , 2nd husband had admitted before Munciplity.
4. Later my mother sought divorce from 2nd husband...now he claiming me as a father from court. My mother is worried about her falsification.
5. My mother doesnot wanted to contact her 1st husband /My father at any cost.
I have maternal grand parents and uncle.
How can I claim from my real father my paternity rights...I am about 14 years old.

you are still minor as such you cannot claim any paternity rights. At the most you can claim maintenance from your father through your mother who is your guardian.
