Guardian Ward Filing

Sir/Madam,

I am staying in south most district Kerala.
My wife and 5 year son staying in northern district Kerala.
Not divorced. She is not showing me son for last 7 months.

Can i file Guardian ward in my district, or do i need to file it in northern district she and son staying?
