Gratuity eligibility

I have been working in a Pvt.Ltd for 5years & 7 Months.

(1st year in India, 2nd year in Australia & 3Years 7 months in India), all under same company. Whether i am eligible for Gratuity or not.

Please let me know the rules & Procedure.
