I'd like to know the possibilities of getting bail against section IPC 420, two accused husband and wife with toddler child has been produced in court and sent to Police remand after this will send to judicial custody, We are proposing to move the bail petition after 3 days of judicial custody.
Can you please advise the possibilities of granting bail for the wife?
What grounds should be able to impose to get it granted ?
The accused is a 1 male charge with fraud and ambentment to sucide under IPC 416, 420 and 306, His wife under IPC 420 with toddler child. as the wife is a simply house wife and no involvement in husband's bussiness and she didn't made any signature or written commitment any where.
When and how we can get the bail ?
