Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm planning to purchase a site in an GOVT approved layout in Bangalore.
Current Owner (in which site is formed) has got the land from a Saguvali Chit granted person. I here from sources that a granted land can't be sold before 15 years.In this case unfortunately it has happened before 15 years only.
Now layout is formed. Will there be any issue in purchasing this kind of SITE ? If so,what would be consequnce ? Would you suggest to buy this property or not. Are there any other clauses associated to granted lands which allows to sell within 15 years as well.
