Dear Sirs/Madam,
I have the following query and request a solution.
My wife is the first daughter of my father-in-law and his first wife (who is no more now).
After my father-in-law married for the second time.
My wifes grand mother had a gifted property from her brother and died without any will made before her grand father.
Grand mother and Grand father both died, so it's been transfered to my father in law. He has gifted it to his second wife and they are selling the property and telling my wife doesn't have any share.
Please suggest on this and what is the right of my wife.
