We have a anchestral property(grama natham land) but we got thoraya patta in my grandpa name . After my grandpa death, my father changed it,nto his name (Thooya chitta). My father also passed away in 2012. now we are in a situation to change the name.
1. After we change the name in patta, can we make a registered document?
2.Can we get DTCP approval for that gama natham plot?
