Gpa holder signing another gpa and executing sale deed

Hi sir/madam,

the scenario is  Mr A and Mr B who are owners of Site , gives GPA (1) to Mr C and they mention in GPA (1) than GPA holder can execute further GPA to developer (D1) for development of sites and give complete sell authority to D1.

Now D1 develops flats on site and sells Flat to others and signs sale deed too.

Let me know if this is valid transaction

Regards,

Amit Jain

What is the context for this query?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     26 April 2023

If there is a recital in the original GPA authorisuibng the power agent to give GPA to anothr person over the same property for the reasons specified therein, then the subsequent GPA can be said  to be legally valid provided the principal ratifies the acts of the subsequent power agent too.

Prima facie you are dissatisfied with response and obligation of experts in your earlier query at:

It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better analyses of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding but stop repeating same query time and again which is abuse of this platform.
