My father has been to USA on a holiday.
We are planning to sell a joint ancestoral property(Vacant plot) in the name of my father and his own brother, located in Andhra Pradesh.
As my father is not available in india and it will taken another 6 months for his return, he wants to give the GPA to me(Son) for selling the property on his behalf. His brother is available in India itself....
So, what is the
1. Procedure i have to follow
2. type of GPA that I have to take and
3. what will be the validation fee (approx. if not sure of exact amount or %) that I have to pay for it....
