Gpa doc issues..very urgent..please guide me


It is regarding General Power Attorney doc issue.

I’m planning to purchase the site of 30x40 * …. For example I’m C

A (builder) sold property to B and I’m C planning to buy from B.

The site, I’m going to buy come under site of 48/1.

As I’m planning to go for Bank loan for the site and bank requested me to get GPA from A.

“A” is (Builder) sole proprietor of many sites in the same location.

On the A’s GPA, mention following content for the sites:-

Absolute owner of 36,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,46/2b,47,48,49,50,51,52,55,60 &61 measuring 18 acres 341/2 guntas.

As my purchasing sites come under 48/1, the bank is requesting get GPA for particularly 48/1. But A is saying 48 are included with 48/1.

How to convince the bank or if it is possible to get a GPA from “A”?, GPA doc was done it in 1998.  How to tackle the issue? Please guide me.

DID A sell the property to B by a registered sale deed ...? or was it a GPA executed in favour of B to sell A's property..?

Yes..A sell to B with registered sale deed not with GPA.
