Unregistered sale deed shall not stand before law. The sale effected cannot be faulted.

Sale deed is registered, gpa is un registered

Contact a local advocate and take his opinion and let him study the GPA terms and conditions and what is the say of X and this has to be challenged within the limitation period for cancellation of such sale deed through the process of the court.

Hi Rajesh,

What is your concern / problem / dispute with either X Y or Z ?

What are the covenents of subject GPA, whether X granted sale rights to Y or not ?

How the issue has come up after 22 years of alleged sale deed stated to have been executed / registered by attorney i.e., Y in favour of Z.

Hi Sir,

I am planning to buy the property from mr Z , just wanted to be sure if I can do that. I wanted to know I am safe to do so.

Why do you feel that the transaction could be unsafe?

rajesh   04 January 2021

Since GPA is un registered,
