Government allots coal blocks illegally, thousands of acres land to bogus industries results hundreds and thousands of crore public property benefits false people, VVIPs, Ministers relations etc., Ultimately, any thing illegal allotment or sanction is possible at Indian government, but not legal issues.
To accord permission or to get sanction a legal issue, there will be many obstacles, need to fulfill rules & regulations, government norms, industrial acts etc. etc.,
Unfortunately, sanction of two holidays for a minority religion is not possible in a systematic way since long time in coal mines. Bundles of representations were made systematically in cool and decent manner. But coal and calm requests would not force the Indian government rather than hesitations on roads, damaging public and private assets, making disturbance and nuisance to the government will only be considered as a issue to be discussed at top level.
