Government job related

I'm working in Tamilnadu Police Department from 01.11.2017. Now I have pass for another exam and joining date is 12.08.2021 in Tamilnadu judicial service. Can I rejoin into police department after releave. Please explain me. And any G.O for this matter. Please mention that G.O.
