Gold articles description

In a false Stridhan case filed on me they are claiming 100 soverigns of gold. When my lawyer asked them to give descripttion of that gold items during cross examination they are not able to tell it. Then judge told it is not required to ask that question.

We would like to know if it is not required to ask the details of 100 sovereigns of gold.

So in this case court accepts what a girl says without any evidence.

No mere stating any amount of Gold by the wife will not be generally considered by the Court. You could have asked in the written reply to produce the Bills of the Gold/Ornaments or may be transaction details in bank statement. Even if the said defence is not taken by your lawyer in the written statement/reply, than you can cover the same in the arguments/hearing.
