Going against decision of anamoly commitee

Sir If negotiations by union on pay scale when taken to anamoly commitee constitited by government for pay commission has failed.can one go against decision in court..what is action of court in such matters generally Thankyou

In last pay commision ie 6th a cadre entry grade pay was same with one of other with same educational requirement for entry.but in 7th pay commission one was given higher entry grade pay.we went to anomaly commitee but it refused to grant same entry grade pay.now how to approach courts
