GNWC petition

A month ago, my wife has created some tantrum at home and left my house by taking away my child alongwith her. My child is 4 years and 2 months old. I don't know her current residence address. All I know that her last working location address so filed a petition with same address, mobile number and email address. Court has issued an order to service her a notice about the petition but she changed her job when she came to know about this. I requested for interim relief cum order so that I can meet my child atleast twice in a week in common place and spend sometime with him. Since she is not responding and not sharing her address so how should go about so that I get an interim relief atleast. Any guidance or help would be helpful. thank you.
