Gift deed from my father to me

My father wants to gift deed agricultural land to me. I had contributed the cash completly at the time when this was bought. Hence it is like self acquired property by my father.

I have a brother and sister. Can they challenge gift deed in future by any chance if it registered in subregister office?

If the property is in your fathers name then he has all rights over it he can gift you that property, registered The gift deed in sub registrar office , after that transfer it in your name , your brother and sister has no right over that ,they cannot claim their share .

it is a self-acquired property, therefore, your father has full rights over it. Moreover, if you have proof that you contributed entirely, there is absolutely no need to worry about your brother and sister.
