If a father(donor) is gifting son (donee )his house is there any tax liability on the donee
whether a single gift deed can be made for gifting immovable properties situated at Mangalore and Mandya in one place or jurisdiction or separately
There's no tax liability either for the donor or the donee for transfer of property by executing a registered gift deed.
