I have few queries related to Gunthewarri property in Pune. i came to know that some of the Gunthewarri Property was legalized by PMC and PCMC.
Q1: Is Sanghvi, pune this gunthewarri property also legalized? and how can i assure about this.
Q2: I am getting this property in 40L, This is individual house area on land 1000sqft + 1000 sqft constructed. Is this right price for this area?
Q3: If i want to construct another floor above GF, will it be possible or what shld i do to take permission on this?
Q4: will it be possible to take loan on this property? As agent is saying that No Nationalized bank will give loan on this property, Co-operate bank will give.
