Dear experts
if the South central Railways acquired land for construction of under bridge without any permission or compensation of a private land Owner, to whom he has to approach from the beginning to have the compensation as the land owner is not supposed to object for the acquiring land for the public purpose.
hence I request you all the eminent experts to give suitable advices on this.

Such land owner should either go to civil court or to high court seeking compensation as per currentrmarket rates.
