Hello everyone,
My parents are married for 26 years now. My father has been an alcoholic and abusing me, my mother and my sisters mentally for the past 8-9 years. Both my parents are government employees. Our mother and we have decided to divorce him. But we are not familiar with any information regarding this nor the proceedings/formalities. I am M 21 years old, my younger sister is 13 years old and because of the tensions/neglect and violence in our house has not been able to develope her basic and mental skills properly. My older sister is 23 nd she is physically and mentally handicapped. Both my sisters depend on my mom.
Please guide us anyone with how we can get rid of him legally. How much time will the process usually take/ conditions/ on what grounds/ whom to contact/ compensation for my mom and my sisters/ child support. everything. I know I sound very noob but will be really grateful if anyone helps.
