Get right on way to land

Sir, recently i entered in a leagal contract to buy a plot. prior to two deeds there was written  1.5 mtr widdth road along with 5cent. after this deed, the title owner A died without a child. B is his wife and C is his mother. they jointly transfer the property to D elder brother of A. but in this deed B and C forgot to mention about 1.5mtr road. On next deed to E also the road is not mentioned. Now I am going to buy this property. I tried to get bank loan from sbi. but they told me that I have no right in that road. Please advise me how can I get right over the 1.5mtr widdth road which was mentioned in old deeds.

If the road has not been mentioned, it means it was not sold to you, thereby you do not have any claim to it.Consult a local lawyer by producing all the relevant papers and take his opinion for further course of action on it.
