GeneraL power of attorney

I am having GPA in my favour given by my wife for sale of property. I sold one property of my wife through this GPA. In GPA it is not mentioned that I can purchase any property in my wife's name. Is this GPA is legally fit to purchase any property in my wife's name through this GPA.

For purchase of property in the name of your wife, no GPA is necessary.

However, show the document of GPA to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, analyse and proper guidance.
