The authorities of one public office of Govt. of Odisha made contact and engaged to a person with job assurance. After 04 months passed they paid as daily wage basis (higly skilled) and assured for regularisation. The said office had given direction to him with office order to attend the office for a urgent nature of work in without appointment order. The authorities of the said office gave him office e-mails and passwords. After 04 years exploiting they denied the claim of said person. Is there any provision of laws for getting him relief ?
