our marriage took place 1 year back. she is staying with her parents for last 4 months and is not willing to come back due to stupid reasons. though i am okey if she doesn't come back as her behaviour is very bad and also don't want to marry again considering our biased legal system towards husbands. if i continue to live separately then suppose after 4-5 years what may be the possible threats (legally) which i may face and what can i do now for my future safeguard.?
