I have a MHADA flat. Carpet Area is 236 Sq.Ft. which also have 10% of Balcony i.e. 24 Sq.Ft thus totaling to 260 Sq.Ft.
My building is going in redevelopment. Now as per new GR I am entitled to get 35% blacony on my existing area.
My existing area is 236 S.F.and 35% on it comes to 82 Sq.Ft.
My Question is :
WIll I get new area = 236 + 82 = 318 ST. or 260 + 82 = 342 S.F.
Will BMC will deduct the already exitsting of 10% area i.e.24 ft or will give me additional 35% area i.e. 82 Ft more on my 260 Sq Flat.
