Dear Sir/madam,
I have a property on first floor with roof rights. Its an old property.
The property comes under l&do. My queries are
a) I have sale deed registered in my name.Please advice my property is leasehold or freehold ?
b) Sale deed mentions that i have first and second floor in my name instead of roof rights. Do i need to amend the same and get it mentioned as first floor, second floor and roof rights and if yes, how to do that ?
