U may certainly challenge partition deed before civil court

After the partition if anyone of the son and sons felt aggrieved by the act of Karta in effecting partition shall challenge such deed of partition before the competent Civil Court. They can ask for setting aside the partition and re- opening of partition and allotment of their share in joint family properties.
