Recovery of My Security Deposit

I had taken a franchise of Overnite Express Courier Service in April, 2017.

They had taken a Security Deposit of Rs.1 K at the time of taking the franchise.

Regularly I was settling the Monthly transactions done and was paying my dues on time.

But during February,2019, due to personal issues, I had surrendered my franchise and requested for the refund of my deposit amount. During surrendering the franchise they had asked me to surrender all the leftover articles back to the company.

Now since all the process has been completed they have not yet returned us the Security Deposit amount.

Please advice necessary steps to be taken.
